This is my husband.... not many people have jobs that they love, but Jess really has a nack for finding them. Take this job for example. A Rehoboth Beach lifegurad. Doesn't make alot of sense to me beacause he drives 45 minuetes, 2 days on, 1 day off. Sits under the hot sun. This particular day was cool, hence the sweat pants and long sleeve shirt. He also runs a Triathlon Training Company and we are smack in the middle of that season too. Hard for me, and I do miss all the family time we usually have together. October can't come soon enough! There, done venting... Have a great week:)

2009 Late Summer
- Emerson's first Tri, roller skating, misc.
Delaware State Fair, 2009
- Our once a year trip to the Fair.... we mostly go for the fun food. No rides just a walk and food and free stuff, like fish and peeking thru a fence at David Cook:)
Jess' Haircut!!!
- Jess and Chris shaved their heads. Team Bricks members raffled who got to shave their heads. They both aren't such hot-heads now:)
2009, April-Boston Marathon
- We traveled by train to Boston for Jess' first go-around at the Boston Marathon. He ran it in 3:23... great of course. We stayed at the Four Seasons and had a fun time together.
2009, A Trip to Dr. Manning's Office
- Emerson's first grade teachers dental hygenist came to visit the class. Emm came home and decided she wanted to be a dentist! Great!!! She cleaned the boys teeth and even gave them xrays!!!
2008, August-camping trip

Christmas 2008
- This was our Christmas. Christmas Eve we had steaks and then headed over to Mimi's house to open a gift and visit for a while. We headed home just in time to make some cookies for Santa, have some peanuts and eggnog for ourselves. Christmas morning the kids woke up with their stockings and opened them up on our bed. We had butterscotch rolls and milk and oranges. We headed downstairs to open our gifts! It was a great morning. We gots dressed finally and went back to Mimis house where we played games while the kids watched Wallie and then we had some spaghetti and opened presents. We then went to the mall to see Bedtime Stories. It was really good. Everyone enjoyed it, except maybe Uncle Ben. We headed home after the move, but made a pit stop to drop some food off secretly and looked at some Christmas lights. It all passes to quickly, but think we're finally getting ahold of some traditions of our own....

Seems to me that Jess needs to stay home a few days with the kids and you go out and get a little job, sounds healthy to me!!
